Hayley Mills lights up the screen in Disney's fondly remembered release of THE PARENT TRAP. Mills stars as Susan and Sharon, identical twins separated at birth. Neither twin knows the other exists until a simple twist of fate finds them at the same summer camp. Then, realizing who they are, they plan a little twist of their own. They switch places with high hopes of getting their parents back together. This delightful and heartwarming comedy will have your whole family doubling up with laughter.

Used to watch this all the time with my grandma while we sketched fashion designs. I'm only 29, but I am so annoyed with the Lindsey Lohan version because it is the only one played. This movie is the superior! Love it! :)

Can we all agree that the parent's 2nd marriage is a bad idea? I give them 6 months before the police are called to their place. Anyhow, while this film is fun to watch, has a catchy song in the middle, and Hayley Mills is the most charming American girl with a glaring British accent; it's got some problems. For instance, pranking used as (somewhat deserved) bullying and what happened that caused a couple to take a twin each and never tell them about their sibling for 14 years. Yikes! 😬

Didn't even know they made a remake of this; the Hayley Mills version is the only version I know!! No REMAKE could possibly be anywhere NEAR as good as the original. This is my mom's favorite feel-better movie. Pure fun and super funny too! Let's get together!! 😁😁😁
