It seems like two different movies about half way through. There's the story about the crazy awesome friends that Charlie finds, but after maybe one dance and one other crazy thing, they don't seem crazy at all! The film starts of with characters that are too good to be true, and then changes over into a sad story about the main character! Although the film is a bit muddled up, I'd still say these 'two films' are both very good! A must watch.

Honestly, I could not love a film anymore than I do this one. It truly relates to a student's perspectives during high school - especially that of a withdrawn teenager - with the stereotypical "Popular Kids", "Unpopular Kids" and everyone in-between.

As always, the movie adaptations aren't as good as the books. Bit disappointed, because it left so many scenes out, but I still loved it. The book is definitely sadder than the movie, but I still cried a bit. Favourite character was Patrick. Ezra Miller plays him well, and the movie is so emotional. It will touch your heart.
