The Unholy, based on James Herbert's best-selling book Shrine, follows a young hearing-impaired girl who is visited by the Virgin Mary and can suddenly hear, speak, and heal the sick. As people from near and far flock to witness her miracles, a disgraced journalist (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) hoping to revive his career visits a small New England town to investigate. As terrifying events begin to happen all around him, he starts questioning if these miracles are the works of the Virgin Mary or something much more sinister.

Im not into Demonic Horror Movies at all. I enjoyed this movie, it flowed without giving to much away.There wasnt any slow or drawn out sections that i noticed. I like the lead male actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan has done alot of good movies & TV. I thought the movie flowed, filling in all the gaps giving a fair Finale. I hate movies that leave the script open at the end with more questions than when the film started.. This movie was more a suspense, thriller than a horror. Our group enjoyed it.

The front cover says it all. Not worth even to consider watching. Praise be to the one true and living God who art in heaven. He convicts me and keeps me from falling to temptation and sin.

It was ight, a few things i would of fixed but still ight. Probably try something else if you lookin for a scary horror, but a enjoyable film for those who enjoy demonic movies
