Based on the tv series, 4 segments each directed by the top directors of 1983, John Landis, Steven Spielberg, Joe Dante and George Miller. The Spielberg segment Kick the Can is the weakest with Miller's Nightmare at 20,000 feet being the best. Sadly tragedy struck in the Landis first segment Time Out where Vic Morrow and 2 child actors were killed when a helicopter crashed into them

Not the biggest fan of the Twilight Zone but I'm familiar with a few of the more famous episodes like "Terror at 10000 Feet" which starred William Shatner, John Lithgow turns his hand to this exact story for this movie. The movie is perfect for fans of Creepshow, Tales from the Crypt & The Outer Limits. You get four stories from four different directors. There is something for everyone really, although maybe not one to show the kids due to the language etc. If you enjoy Sci-Fi or are indeed a fan of the original show then this is a no brainer. Great ensemble cast including the late Vic Morrow & "The Simpsons" Nancy Cartwright.

SHOULD HAVE NEVER RELEASED AS SOME ACTORS WERE KILLED IN HELICOPTER CRASH AFTER MAKING THIS MOVIE
