For a film which probably didn't have a huge budget behind it, it is a surprisingly good family film about a science project which takes some unexpected twists & turns and then some, without divulging the plot all I can say is watch it it's well worth renting or better still purchasing outright like I did. The film is made by ROC picture partners. If the name ROC sounds basically familiar to certain folks it should because it is none other than Renee O'Connor who played everyone's favorite bard from the Xena warrior Princess series for six seasons. So in conclusion if you're looking for a family orientated film with elements of S. F. with a close encounters sort of feel to it well folks.. this would be the one.My personal rating would be 4.5 out of five stars gave it a 4 because there isn't any half stars.
