Uninspired and tiresome are two things to come to mind watching this. I was always a big fan of the series since I was little, and even the first movie is still charming to me. This movie though, I was so upset. The storyline is muddy and full of completely absurd deus ex machina...on top of being the same tired plot that has been done and dead in the show. This was nothing I could ever bring myself to enjoy or watch again.

OK,first of all this wasn't as good as the spongebob movie from 2004. It feels like they could have done waaay better. The movie wasn't horrible but they didn't really try to hard on It. Although the best part of the movie was when they became superheros they should have skipped to the point earlier in the movie. It would've been better if they were out of the water earlier in the movie than into the last 20 min. The movie is still great but not as traditional and awesome as the one from 04.

Okay, there is this person saying that saying you disliked it or saying it was horrible is bad. Well... your wrong. If you don't give them that constructive criticism then they're just gonna repeat the exact same idea in movies and people are gonna hate it. If you actually like it, good for you. You don't have to agree with me but that's your choice, and I couldn't care less. Personally I had to sit through with this movie in class because I wasn't allowed to leave, this movie's story wasn't that good.
