Academy Award-nominee Burt Reynolds reprises his iconic role in this rip-roaring follow-up to the hit road adventure! It's been a few years since Cletus and the Bandit made their famous 24-hour run to Texas for a few cases of Coors. Bandit is now a washed-up has-been living in the past, until Big Enos and Little Enos make him another offer: Transport a live Elephant across country in 24 hours or less. Also starring Academy Award-winner Sally Field, Dom Deluise, and Jackie Gleason.

Ratings and reviews

Funny. This is the only movie where you can see an army of police cars go up in a fight against an army of Semi-trucks. Only problem is the missing charm from the first movie. Bandit did not have to become an alcoholic. And I also wish they would have shown the trip to Boston from the end of the first movie. At least in a brief flashback.

Overall good story but slow paced and not a lot of non-stop action until the very end.

I have not seen it yet but I think it is amazing I watch the first one
