Full disclosure - I know the filmmaker and did post production work on the film. But I work on a lot of films and this one I actually bought for my mother which is a first. Despite its modest budget and the work of a first-time feature documentary filmmaker, the subject matter is so compelling and these women are so inspiring to watch and listen to - I highly recommend it. I had no idea that not only women this age played basketball in global competition level but especially how rough and tumble they play. My mother is this generation and loved to play - she very much enjoyed the film as well.
