There is a lot of violence and blood... but if you watch this younger than 17 you can know what to do and not what to do if someone ever tries to kidnap you. I've learned from this movie. But there's lots of blood and violence and some foul language. And the ending is terrible. It's like they just randomly cut off at a random part. Bad ending. I really want to know what happens. But can't complain about the ending because they probably cut it off like that because they're possibly making a 2nd one.

The premise...smart, over-achiever 911 operator who redials a victim, inadvertently helping her murderer. Now, the 911 operator, copes but still has something to prove. She gets a second chance in the serial killer's next victim, who she encourages to be a "fighter". The chase is good all the way until the last 15 minutes when the trail goes cold, but 911 operator picks up the chase alone on a hunch. The ending was bull. Kiss the Girls( in lieu of a drama about a female victim who fights back) was way better.
