I can't in good conscious say that this is a good movie, in any aspect. Keanu Reeves is clearly showing that he's not a quick as he used to be in the matrix. The fight scenes are cinematic but overall just ridiculous. Anybody with two eyes and no fighting experiences would be able to block Keanu's slow ass punches. But we're suppose to buy into him being some highly trained killing machine? Nahhh. This movie lost me after the first mediocre action scene. Wicked disappointing.

Love the entire crew being so well choreographed. Enjoyed the Bond-like fantasy of fine guns, superior drink, good taste - all in the service of the so-called criminal class. But, only one thought: Bond and those action heroes of my long lost youth were always getting the girls, normally pretty by whatever standards. But Mr. Wick is motivated more or less, by love of his dear wife! The honor of women, of those we care for, is worth heroics, no? I think so and so he resembles early Knighthood stories, danger faced and overcome for the sake of the honorable lady. Of course, we live in a sex saturated era, so this may sound dusty and impossible. But it isn't dusty and impossible at all. We love to fight for what is right, for deep love, loyalty. Destroying evil men and soldiers is all a day's work and worth the effort. Fun to watch and the kid in me doesn't make too big a fuss of his winning every gunfight, hand-to-hand, ambush and so on. It wouldn't be fiction and fun fiction at that if he spent most of his time with the medics. Fun, like the amused and resigned respect between enemies who die with a kind of perverse honor.

Too much of the same, I actually got sleepy then it became hard to follow at times, piss poor ending. Wish I had waited for the discounted rental...when will I learn....... I'm starting to wonder if Keanu has a speech impediment or is it poor hearing making it difficult for him to talk? I thought the dog "boy" would have more of a part than whining 3 times. This was a strange film and yes I saw the first one and really liked it.
