This film should be enjoyed by all people who love the arts. To see this inspirational achievement by a young woman told that everything about her was wrong to be a dancer and see her overcome it all (includ'g her recent recovery from a potentially career ending leg fracture) to become the principal dancer of the ABT is joyful. I believe my favorite part though is the focus on black ballet dancers of the past, acknowledg'g their achievements.

I love this documentary. She busted the doors wide open for women of color to become a prime ballerina. :-) My dream is to see her perform live before I die.
