About this movie

A Better Life examines the effects of American immigration policy by documenting the experiences of three Mexican immigrants in the Chicago area. The film focuses primarily on Octavio (Gus) Salazar, who migrated to Rockford, Illinois in 1995, and uses this story among others to approach this complex social and political crisis. In Rockford, Gus found stable employment, married an American woman (Pamela) and started a family. He was ultimately deported in 2003.

I went to rent the movie "A better life." The synopsis you have posted is for the actual movie, which even has the actors names in that production. However, the video you have available under this synopsis is an actual documentary called "A better life." Please fix this and make the actual movie available. Thank you.

Great social commentary on immigration while giving you the very personal heartbreaking story of one family trying to make a better life for themselves in America. Regardless of your position on ilegal immigration you must watch this.
