My wife wanted to see this movie but I had been avoiding it - and for good reason. Same old tired stuff going on. Old friends meet, someone gets fighting over something dumb, they pray, heartache, fake football...just tired. We cut it off 3/4 of the way through.

But stands on its own as a good film. Terrance howard and nia long are great here..More scenes w\ the guys and girls together would have made for 5 stars.

I cried the whole way through..had a few laughs as well..and the end it had me inspired to do better with my today's, fam and friends! Will definitely buy this :)
