Having watched the International version (two separate equally great films with the character development) and this theatrical version (a mushed together version of the two films with vital character elements cutout to focus more on the action scenes) i say avoid this version and watch the International version instead. Also, if you were a fan of Tony Leung in Shang Chi, you will love him in this (the full version of course) as Zhao Yu . This film does feel luke a live action Dynasty Warriors

Zhuge Liang is my favorite hero of all time as he combines the best of Merlin, Leonardo da Vinci and Mick Jagger. If you love history, strategy, true love and the clash of war you'll not be disappointed by this epic film!

The amount of emotions this film conveys is outstanding. This movie will rip you out of your current time and into a land of large battles, treachery, and subterfuge.
