About this movie

A young American woman, Greta (Lauren Cohan), looking to escape a troubled past, takes a job as a nanny and moves to an isolated home in rural England. She comes to find out that the child she was hired to care for is not an actual 8-year-old boy, but a life-sized porcelain doll. Isolated and alone in the house, strange events begin to unfold and as Greta begins to question whether the doll is actually alive, she learns she wasn't just hired – she was chosen. 2015 LAKESHORE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LLC AND STX PRODUCTIONS, LLC

Everyone remembers paranormal activity and people's reviews were about how a younger audience would be preoccupied by it. Well this is exactly what this is about. People these days don't know what real horror is, i mean if you think this is scary you can't handle the purge. Thank you for reading, yours sincerely, callie.

I liked it I'd class it more a thriller than horror. If u don't like dolls got the creepy factor but the ending was abit disappointing. Not much explanation. As a thriller enjoyed the film.

I've watched this twice, and it makes sense but doesn't? Like the fact Brhams (or whatever the fuck that little creep is called) likes his music loud, the killing of the rats outside and the left over food. But (spoilers) it doesn't really make sense on how he can do the voice of a little boy, and why he suddenly has super human strength or why his parents didnt just let him live normally and hide him when there was someone about? I dunno it was creepy but not in the horror movie way.
