About this movie

WARRIOR tells the inspirational story of an estranged family that finds redemption in the unlikeliest of places...the MMA ring. Tommy Riordan (Tom Hardy), an ex-marine with a tragic past, returns home and enlists his father (Nick Nolte), a recovering alcoholic and former wrestling coach, to train him for "Sparta", the biggest MMA tournament ever held. But when Tommy's underdog brother, Brendan (Joel Edgerton), fights his way into the tournament, the two brothers must finally confront each other and the forces that pulled them apart. What ensues is the most gut-wrenching, soul-stirring, and unforgettable battle of their lives.

Good movie! A little out there but all in all a good movie..One of those root for the under dog movies. In my opinion I think the actors did a great job and were very believable. I went with 4 stars only because I think it was just a little to much, not the fact that a nobody can pull off the win in a tourney like that just the way they had him tearing the competition up one after another. Just a little to much in my opinion. 4 stars

Great movie because the fighting stays really on the background for the first half of the film. But nearing the end there was very little room for drama left. It feels like the movie was just too short and I really would have liked to see brandin and his dad connect more and was also expecting that in the movie. But all there was in the beginning of the film. I forgive you dad. And that was it. I wasn't even sure if he meant it. But still overall one of the best movies i have seen recently

I kept waiting for a better story. The fights were not believable throws could not be done from the angles they out then in. Hits taken would have dropped any normal person. The ending was stupid.
