About this movie

Led by Starfire, the Teen Titans – Beast Boy, Raven, Blue Beetle, Robin and the just-returned Nightwing – have built a cohesive team in their never-ending battle against evil but their newest teammate, the mysterious, and powerful, Terra, may be altering that dynamic. Meanwhile, an ancient evil – Brother Blood – has awakened, and familiar foe Deathstroke is lurking in the shadows, both waiting to pounce. Ultimately, the Teen Titans will need to battle their enemies and their own internal doubts to come together and overcome the malicious forces around them in this twisting tale of intrigue, adventure and deception.

DC used to make the best comic book animated movies. But since they moved to the new 52, they've been utter garbage. I don't blame the new universe, that's just coincidence. Somewhere during that changeover, some key people must have left the company or something, because the quality just isn't there anymore.

Another DCAU $#i++er. Good animation that's spoiled by horrible (!) design, poor character substitutions (WB won't let them use all the originals and subs are forced), and inferior writing, adapting a legendary comics arc, without the subsequent buildup that made that arc work. If this is the best DC/WB can do, Marvel/Disney have nothing to worry about.

WTF? What's going on with the DC Animated Movie Universe??? They were rocking through several movies but have really dropped the ball, or maybe even flat out stopped trying. Dark JLA felt flat and uninspired and now this recycled garbage rehash of the animated TV series Teen Titans story line. What's next... Cut & pasting scenes straight from the old "Superfriends" animated TV series and pretending its an original new movie???? I use to hope that the DC Animated Movie Universe qualities would rub off onto their live action movies, but now I fear that they will just keep FN themselves.
