Best actress award winner Paulina Garcia (Berlin Film Festival) stars in this uplifting story of personal transformation. Gloria is a "woman of a certain age" who gets caught up in a passionate whirlwind romance with a retired naval officer, whom she meets at a dance club for singles. But when she discovers the truth of their relationship, she must take matters into her own hands.

Gloria is an everyday woman who does not seem so interesting. She has an office job, young adults kids who don't need her; has been divorced for 12 years, but she is still trying to live life; sometimes getting involved in some awkward situations. Beautiful acting. Her emotions are so subtle but also very real; just like chilean people of her generation; you can read their emotions, but they will hold them inside trying to keep themselves together. I don't really know if Gloria is happy, I don't know if I should feel sad of inspired by her story; Though I do know she is very lonely, but still, she managed to make me smile at the end.
