About this movie

The next generation of Griswolds is at is again – and on the road for another ill-fated adventure. Following in his father’s footsteps and hoping for some much-needed family bonding, a grown-up Rusty Griswold (Ed Helms) surprises his wife, Debbie (Christina Applegate), and their two sons with a cross-country trip back to America’s “favorite family fun park,” Walley World.

Not a patch on the originals humour...they did it so much better without being crude. Annoying kids ( what is it with casting unlikeable brats in movies nowadays? ) who swear more than the parents who then don't even flinch, plenty of near the knuckle set pieces. Just truly awful. I can only guess the viewers who found it a hoot were American? Didn't even finish it...got twenty minutes in. Oh... the opening credit pictures were funny, worth two minutes of your life to watch those I suppose. Avoid.

Terrible awful excuse for a film even a cameo appearance by Chevy Chase couldn't save this and even he was well off the mark. No laughs just cringe waste of money.rotten tomatoe award of the decade let alone year
