I tried to watch it to the end I really did. I actually paid to watch this garbage, that is depressing. No real plot, some good artwork and CGI but not worth the cost of addition or of a rental. Cut and paste characters, script and story line. The actors, they did great work with what they were given, garbage. I hope this movie isn't going to label the actors, would be a career destroyer. Best thing any of them could do is simply remember that the check didn't bounce, forget they ever did the movie and go find a better script to redeem themselves. Cinematography that is not CGI is also very well done. So, no plot, no real story, no character, no depth of character, but great graphics and animation.

This movie isn't a bad movie. The only reason why people don't like this movie, is because there's zombies in it. But honestly I like the idea of the virus infection apocalypse, because it connects to the first maze runner movie. like some foreshadowing here and there. like sure the first maze runner doesn't show that much about the flare virus in that movie, doesn't mean that the whole 2 sequels is about killing zombies and surviving. just go ahead and see it for yourselves, because it's good.

I"m so sad to have wasted my time watching this movie. Don"t make the same mistake. It is definitely not like the first one. Perhaps the next will be better but all bets are off :(
