Lost 10 lbs! I actually lost ten + pounds in the weeks after I started listening to this guided meditation. I listened for more for relaxation and self -control, but I found in the days after that I had a desire to walk a whole lot more and regularly, eat better foods and, in general, take better care of my body. Don't know why, but I definitely know it happened after I started listening to Dorothy's meditations. Her voice is very soothing and relaxing, and I would highly recommend all of her downloads!
