Radlands is the fifth album by the Mystery Jets. On 3 April 2012, shortly before the release of Radlands, Kai Fish announced he would be leaving the band, with bassist Pete Cochrane taking his place for the band's UK tour.
The album was recorded in a home recording studio set up in a country house by the Colorado river in the Westlake area in Austin, Texas.
The album peaked at number 40 on the UK Albums Chart.
The name 'Radlands' is an amalgamation of Keith Richards' 1960s apartment Redlands and the Terrence Malick film Badlands.
Serotonin is the fourth album by Mystery Jets, released in the UK on 5 July 2010. The album is produced by Chris Thomas.
Twenty One is the third album by Mystery Jets, released in the UK on 24 March 2008.
The first single from the album, "Young Love" featuring Laura Marling, was released on 10 March 2008.
The album originally reached #50 in the UK Albums Chart but was hastily rereleased with an additional cover of Aztec Camera's hit single "Somewhere in My Heart" to coincide with the release of eighties-themed single "Two Doors Down", which peaked at #24 in the UK Singles Chart. This new version of the album peaked at #42 in the charts.
"Young Love", "Two Doors Down" and "Half in Love with Elizabeth" were released as singles. All three songs, in addition to "Flakes" had music videos shot for them. The 7" vinyl EP of "Half in Love with Elizabeth" features the band performing "Flakes" with Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine performing vocals, this one of her earliest releases, following the release of her first single "Kiss with a Fist" by only a few months.
Zootime is the second studio album by the British band, Mystery Jets. It consists of tracks from their UK only debut Making Dens, and from the Flotsam and Jetsam EP.
