As a concept album it isn't too bad, it really shows the different styles the band can a achieve and how far Johannes has perfected his voice and growls. As for me personally there are only 3 to 4 songs I enjoyed on the album. Never the less I still can't wait to see them this march in London
Apart from some excellent guitar work on Legend of the King, I couldn't find much to like about this album. I got hooked on this band with Black Waltz and Hail the Apocalypse, but they seem to have lost their dark and heavy edge.
No longer Avatar. This album comes across more as a demo or EP than an established band that released their first CD over a decade ago. It sounds like they're trying to rediscover their voice and in the end it falls flat.
Amazing. Fell in love with The King Welcoms You Too Avatar Country straught away. Cant wait to see where they go from here
This album is F-king sick. Every song is diverse, and you can hear their sound changing and evolving with each album.
Music's alright but as an avatar album I don't like it way to light, and a heavy lack of vocals a couple of "songs" are just skits which makes the album feel super short.
