Every Woman in Me
9 is the 5th French album and 7th studio album in total to be released by the singer Lara Fabian.
The album is considered by many as a shift in Lara's music style, and vocal performance, primarily because it was Lara's first album that long time producer, Rick Allison, did not produce. The Album was produced by Jean-Félix Lalanne. He also, with Fabian, composed many of the songs in the album.
Special digipack editions of the album included a DVD of music videos for most of the songs on the album.
The album was followed by the "Un Regard 9" tour, which totaled over 60 concerts.
A Wonderful Life
The singer/songwriter, Lara Fabian's second English album and sixth studio album, A Wonderful Life was released in June 2004. In France, the album sold an estimated 82,000 copies. "A Wonderful Life" was Fabian's last album under her contract with Sony Records and she subsequently left the company.
The album consists mostly of acoustic-influenced pop tracks. Fabian had been offered and turned down, the track "Review My Kisses" before it was recorded by US country music star LeAnn Rimes for her 2002 album "Twisted Angel". However Fabian was so impressed with Rimes' performance that she decided to record it herself.
Live is the title of both a CD and DVD released by Belgian pop singer Lara Fabian in 2002. This is Fabian's first live DVD, second live album and seventh album in total. Both the CD and DVD were recorded during a concert on December 14, 2001 at Forest National in Brussels and concerts on December 17, 18 & 19 2001 at Le Zénith in Paris.
The concert features many of Fabian's hits and songs from her recent studio album, Nue. During the concert, there is a special emphasis on "Je t'aime" which is unexpectedly sung in a large part by the audience, leaving a tearful Fabian caught by surprise. The duet of "Tu es mon autre" was performed especially for the recording by the two composers of the song, Fabian and her longtime collaborator, Rick Allison. Both say to one another before the performance "[...] a song that I wrote for you, and that you wrote for me [...]". Live also included two versions of the single "Immortelle"; one a three-minute version performed by Fabian at the piano as an intro to the concert, and a second version similar to the original studio recording as the concert finale.
Nue, is Lara Fabian's fifth album, and first French release in four years, since Pure, which earned Lara instant fame in Europe. After selling 8 million records throughout the world, a matured Lara indulges in a personal project with Nue, doing most of the writing with her accomplice Rick Allison. A sophisticated and surprising musical journey that includes a duet with Belgian singer Maurane "Tu es mon autre", and "Rio" a song inspired by Brazil where she remains extremely popular.
"Lara Fabian" is the fourth studio album and the first English album by the Belgian recording artist Lara Fabian. It was first released on 29 November 1999 in France and later it was released worldwide in 2000. The album features the hit singles "I Will Love Again", "I Am Who I Am" and "Love by Grace".
