Kelsey Regina Byrne, known professionally as Vérité, is an American singer and songwriter based in Brooklyn, New York City. Her first single "Strange Enough" was self-released in July 2014, reaching number one on Hype Machine and becoming the #1 Most Viral Twitter Artist the week of release. Described variously as indie pop or alternative pop, Liza Darwin of Noisey wrote that her 2014 Echo EP is "packed with crisp, delicate vocals, soaring melodies, and glistening production." Her second EP, Sentiment, was self-released on June 8, 2015. The EP was praised by Time, who called her vocals "rich and ethereal". She has toured internationally and performed at events such as Neon Gold Popshop, South by Southwest, The Knitting Factory, Brooklyn Bowl, the Firefly Festival and Lollapalooza.
Anna Lotterud had no intention of pursuing music but while studying in Melbourne, the Oslo native met her producer, Brady Daniell-Smith, and Anna of the North was born. After recording Sway over Skype, they turned up with The Dreamer and turned the lights down with Baby. Anna channels the bipolar climes into her own suggestive dream pop that’s cool to the touch, warm to the feel.
Briana Alexa, commonly known by her stage name Brika, is an American singer and songwriter. She currently releases music under independent record label Art House Records. On February 23, 2015, Brika was included as one of New Music Seminar's 'Artist on the Verge' by "a hand-selected A&R committee comprised of NMS partners, talent scouts, buyers, booking agents, taste-makers and other industry experts", as reported by Billboard. Brika’s music has circulated Annie Mac's Musical Hot Water Bottle program on BBC Radio 1. Her debut album Voice Memos was released on December 16.
Until the Ribbon Breaks is a British band consisting of the frontman Pete Lawrie-Winfield and Elliot Wall. Sometimes abbreviated to UTRB, the band was founded in Cardiff, Wales in 2012 initially as Lawrie-Winfield's solo project and "blends genres like electronic, pop, rock, and hip-hop, but it’s all done with a sharp alternative edge."
Vancouver Sleep Clinic is the stage name of a band from Australia led by ambient singer, songwriter, and record producer Tim Bettinson. Tim has collaborated with several artists, including Chinese American musician ZHU, Madeon, Raury, Wafia, and Gnash. He worked with Grammy award-winning Al Shux on Vancouver Sleep Clinic's debut album, titled Revival, released on April 7, 2017. Following a battle to get free from their record label, Vancouver Sleep Clinic released an EP called Therapy Phase 01 in March 2018, followed in June by Therapy Phase 02.
