Roy E Howard

Born in San Francisco in 1948, Roy was a music major throughout the 50s and 60s. Influenced by the Hootenany era, he became a folklorist with worldwide interests. This page will feature Dr. Howard's U.S. style original folk songs, as well as his international interests... including an occasional guest artist! The first is Martha Encalada of Ecuador. Dr. Howard has been collaborating with Martha and other artists in Ecuador since 2010.
