About the artist
Toree is a pop singer and songwriter born in July 1st, 1996. He started studying music at the age of 17, focusing on his vocal and writing abilities. After posting acoustic versions of pop songs online, the singer got in touch with music producers and started to work on his own sound. His three-octave voice has a distinctive metallic sound that explodes with personality on the often dramatic songs. The first single, Silence, was a collaboration with australian producer Notle. The song explores the end of a relationship that struggled with communication. He also joined forces with Texas band Applesauce to create the funky-pop track No No, showing a different side to his voice and lyrical approach. Toree also worked with North-American producer Beddy Tear on the track Russian Doll, released in December 2017. The song uses the famous Matryoshka doll as a metaphor to the different sides of one’s personality, inviting the loved person to an intimate relationship. Symbiosis, the debut EP was digitally released in April 13th, 2018. All songs were written by the vocalist and most of them were produced by Notle.
