Black Sands is the fourth studio album by English DJ Bonobo. It was released on 29 March 2010. The cover features a photograph taken of Derwentwater, in northern England. The tower in the background is located in Castlerigg.
As of November 2016 it was certified silver by British Phonographic Industry for 60,000 sold units in UK. As of January 20th 2017 it has sold 72,756 copies in UK.

Shrines is the debut studio album by Canadian electronic band Purity Ring, which was released through 4AD and Last Gang Records on July 20, 2012. Purity Ring recorded the album separately at home over several months, sending their parts via email. Shrines has been described as an electropop, synth-pop and dream pop album, incorporating hip hop inspired production and "striking" lyrics. It was produced by Purity Ring, with additional production by Jon Hopkins.
The album, which was recorded following two acclaimed singles by vocalist Megan James and producer Corin Roddick, has been described as "personal" and deals with themes of self empowerment and love using graphic, "gory" imagery.
To promote Shrines, Purity Ring released the promotional single "Obedear", followed by two singles "Belispeak" and "Fineshrine" to critical acclaim. The album debuted at number 32 on the Billboard 200 and number two on the Dance/Electronic Albums chart. It has sold 90,000 copies in the US as of February 2015. The album received positive reviews from most critics, many of whom praised its contrast between slick pop production and graphic lyrics.
The Fall is the fourth studio album by British virtual band Gorillaz. It was recorded during the North American leg of the Escape to Plastic Beach World Tour. The album was first announced on 20 December 2010 and officially released on 19 April 2011. The album features fewer guest artists than previous Gorillaz albums; collaborators include Bobby Womack and Paul Simonon of The Clash. Critics enjoyed the experimental qualities of the album but believed that it lacked the feel of previous Gorillaz albums. It charted in various countries and peaked at number 24 on the Billboard 200.

Humanz is the fifth studio album by virtual band Gorillaz. It was released on 28 April 2017 in the United Kingdom by Parlophone and in the United States by Warner Bros. Records. The album was announced on the band's official Instagram page on 23 March 2017. According to a press release, it was recorded in London, Paris, New York City, Chicago, and Jamaica, and was produced by the band, The Twilite Tone, and Remi Kabaka Jr. It was the band's first studio album since 2011's The Fall, and features collaborations with Noel Gallagher, Jehnny Beth, Grace Jones, Kali Uchis, Vince Staples, Popcaan, D.R.A.M., Anthony Hamilton, De La Soul, Danny Brown, Kelela, Mavis Staples, Pusha T, and Benjamin Clementine.
Humanz debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200, selling over 140,000 copies in its first week of sales. It also debuted at number one in Austria, Belgium and Switzerland.

Dummy is the debut studio album by English electronic band Portishead, released on 22 August 1994 by Go! Beat Records.
The album received critical acclaim and won the 1995 Mercury Music Prize. It is often credited with popularising the trip hop genre, and is frequently cited in lists of the best albums of the 1990s. Dummy had sold 825,000 copies in the United Kingdom as of September 2011 and was certified triple platinum in the UK in February 2019, for sales of 900,000 copies. Worldwide, the album had sold 3.6 million copies by 2008.
Mezzanine is the third studio album by English electronic music duo Massive Attack, released on 20 April 1998 by Circa and Virgin Records. Produced by Massive Attack and Neil Davidge, it saw the duo expanding their trip hop sound to electronica stylings, with diverse influences from new wave, rock, hip hop, and dub music.
Mezzanine topped the charts in the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand, becoming the group's most commercially successful album to date. It spawned four singles: "Risingson", "Teardrop", "Angel", and "Inertia Creeps".
