Boarding House Reach
Boarding House Reach is the third studio album by American rock musician Jack White, released on March 23, 2018 through Third Man Records, Columbia Records, and XL Recordings. It is his first solo studio album in nearly four years, following Lazaretto.
After recording independently in Nashville, White also recorded parts of the album throughout 2017 in New York City and Los Angeles. "Connected by Love" was released as the album's lead single on January 10. "Over and Over and Over", and "Ice Station Zebra" were also released as singles afterward.
Boarding House Reach received generally positive reviews, with its unorthodox production and style noted as a departure from White's previous studio albums and projects. While critics mainly praised the album for its ambition, experimentalism and artistic approach, its criticisms mainly focused on its inconsistency and production. The album performed well commercially, topping the US Billboard 200 upon release, making it White's third number-one album on that chart. Elsewhere, it was a number-one album in Canada and reached number five in Scotland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The Black Keys
Let's Rock is the ninth studio album by American rock duo the Black Keys. It was released on June 28, 2019, through Easy Eye Sound/Nonesuch Records. It was their first release since Turn Blue, marking the longest gap between studio albums in their career. After collaborating with producer Danger Mouse for their previous four records, the duo decided to self-produce Let's Rock and to eschew keyboards in favor of a basic recording approach of guitar, drums, and vocals. Drummer Patrick Carney called the album "an homage to electric guitar".
Let's Rock was preceded by the singles "Lo/Hi", "Eagle Birds", and "Go". "Lo/Hi" topped Billboard's Mainstream Rock, Adult Alternative Songs, Rock Airplay, and Alternative Songs charts in the US simultaneously, making it the first song ever to do so. Let's Rock received generally favorable reviews, with many critics calling it a well-crafted yet unoriginal album.

Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino
Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino is the sixth studio album by English rock band Arctic Monkeys. It was released on 11 May 2018 by Domino Recording Company.
The album was written by band frontman Alex Turner in 2016 on a Steinway Vertegrand piano in his Los Angeles home, and features a rich sound that embodies lounge pop, space pop, glam rock and psychedelic pop, as well as elements of jazz. It is a major departure from the band's previous guitar-heavy work, being less accessible than its internationally successful predecessor, AM. It was produced in Los Angeles, Paris and London by frequent Arctic Monkeys collaborator James Ford and Turner, alongside a wide array of guest musicians including Tom Rowley, Loren Humphrey, James Righton, Zach Dawes, Tyler Parkford and Cam Avery. Its lyrical content draws heavily from science fiction and film, exploring consumerism, politics, religion and technology through the concept of a luxury resort on the Moon told from the perspective of various characters, such as the singer in the in-house band on "Star Treatment" or the hotel's receptionist on the title track.

It was later reissued physically.
After Wolfmother frontman Andrew Stockdale released the band's planned third album Keep Moving under his own name in 2013, the band returned with a lineup featuring Stockdale, bassist and keyboardist Ian Peres, and drummer Vin Steele later in the year. New Crown was recorded throughout the second half of the year, with Peres and Kevin Garcia Fernandez engineering the release.
New Crown received mixed reviews from critics. The musical styles exhibited on the songs, all of which were written by Stockdale, were praised on their own merit, but the album was criticised for its low production values and poor audio fidelity. As with the previous releases in the trilogy, it was produced by frontman Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
The record diverges from the style of previous Nine Inch Nails work, notably by the inclusion of jazz instrumentation in the music, including saxophone performances by Reznor. The album is reminiscent to David Bowie's final studio album Blackstar, with Reznor having collaborated with Bowie in the 1990s as well as citing Bowie as a primary influence. At just over 30 minutes long, the record is Nine Inch Nails' shortest full-length release. The Cold and Black and Infinite North America 2018 Tour was announced alongside its release to promote the album, in addition to the album's sole single, "God Break Down the Door".
