Print Subscribers** Log-in keeps failing. Disappointment. ANOTHER WAY TO GET IT ON YOUR TABLET: Another way to get the magazine on your tablet is to make a Barnes and Nobles, Nook account. You can then subscribe with your print account. To access the magazine on your tablet, all you need to do is download the Nook app. I know it is a round-about way but at least you then have access to the magazine on your tablet! I also did this with Glamour and I'm sure you can do it with other magazines you've subscribed to.
False advertising I paid for a print subscription, and saw that I got a free electronic version...... so i bought an e vrsion on nook. I saw the add for the cool "plan your garden" or "paint your room" apps. That are advert. In the magazine.... i followed the links to get them and it says that i had to get a google version b/c nook doesn't support the app. So, I find out they don't exist unless you by the ipad. Version. So now I have 3 subscriptions it a RIP OFF. I have called for a refund but there is 0 help there. BE WARNED, NOT INTERACTIVE, APPS NOT supported by android!!!!! No refund.
Unfortunate Last year I was charged $15 to renew the digital subscription even though new digital subscribers were getting a $5 deal. This year I had canceled so that it wouldn't auto-renew, I had hoped to take advantage of the $5 price that is still being offered. However, BHG intercepted with a print offer that's even better. Sorry, Google, I'll just read my cheaper paper copies since the customary "free digital with print" isn't honored here. Can't help but wonder what price it would be this time around?
Why no free digital subscription? This is my only magazine subscription that doesn't offer a free digital copy. Very frustrating. I spend a lot of time in doctor's offices and the tablet is so much easier to travel with: (
I want a Refund for this, but no way to contact the App Manager for Better Homes and Gardens. I would like to be contacted. Thanks
No Digital Copy for Subscribers It is really disappointing that print subscribers cannot access a digital copy for free. Real Simple and many other similar titles offer it, so one would expect BH&G to keep up. Especially since I've heard the digital copy is available to print subscribers on Apple devices. Please fix this soon!!
