Unresponsive The magazine looks great - when it finally loads! I found that even after downloading this to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 it was still unresponsive moving from page to page. On my Incredible it will not even load as it get the "Out of space on your device" message like Ellie had. I'm not sure if this is the magazine app itself that is functioning this way or if it is just the magazine as this is the only one I have purchased. Regardless it may have to go through a refund request because this is a terrible user experience.
Digital copy, please Hi there. I have been a paper subscriber for years and love the magazine. If I have to pay for both paper and digital copies, then I will stay with the paper copy because I am not sure I will love the digital as much. If you would like to give your subscribers some time to adjust and determine if they like the digital magazine, then a free trial would be really great customer service. One month is just not enough time. I sometimes read my magazines 2 and 3 at a time because that is what time allows right now. If you are unable to accommodate this for your customers, then I will stay with paper. That being said, 5 stars for the content and printed copy; 2.5 stars for poor customer service.
What?! Out of space on your device?? What does that even mean? How big is one of these magazines? They don't even tell you before you buy... that is ridiculous. Making people waste they're money on something they can't even use.
what whaat? Whoa, I assumed that this would be free for me because I ALREADY PAID for the print version! My other subscriptions allow for free e-mags, it's ridiculous and greedy to do otherwise. Side note: if you are thinking about subscribing to the magazine, it is a great magazine, so much more than food, just a fun read to boot.
Too Many Ads I love to cook and subscribe to various magazines. However, I was disappointed in this magazine due to the fact there is an ad about every page...I'm not kidding! Some of the recipes seem good, but it's painful getting to them. I canceled my subscription. Sorry Rachel, I'll still watch your show!
Should be free to print subscribers I know the brand doesn't need more money! I'm already paying for the print version, it don't know why I should oay twice for the same thing?
