Complimentary, digital copies for your existing customers please Hi there. I recently renewed a paper subscription because Marie Claire has always been my favorite magazine. If I now have to pay for both paper and digital copies, then I will stay with the paper because I am not sure I will love the digital as much. If you would like to give your long time, loyal subscribers some time to adjust and determine if they like the digital magazine, then a free trial would be really great customer service. 14 days is just not enough time. I sometimes read my magazines 2 and 3 at a time, because that is all time allows right now. This further illustrates why a future, digital subscription for me would be a more convenient option. If you are unable to accommodate this for your long time, loyal customers, then I will stay with paper and cancel at renewal. That being said, 5 stars for the content and printed copy; 2.5 stars for poor customer service.
Marie Claire I want to say the same as Amelie, fortunately I subscribed when it was on sale for 9.99/1 year and was still on my free trial, supposed to be billed tomorrow. Fortunately I checked my subscriptions today only to see they were now going t charge me 19.99 tomorrow..what's the point of a sale if you're not going to stick to it even though I clearly odered during the sales event?Cancelled the subscription
What happened to the sale price?? Along with the others, I wanted to take advantage of the 9.99 price, but just saw that I was going to be charged $19.99 after my trial. I love this magazine but had to cancelled my subscription because of the price. What is going on??
Digital Edition Issue I am a print subscriber -- Why is there no option for the digital edition, as are available for other magazines like Lucky, Time, Glamour, etc.? Are you expecting your subscribers to pay for print AND digital access? Very frustrating to say the least.
No free print subscribers Why cant more magazines make their digital issues availible for those who are already shelling out chunks of money for their prints versions? They're already making money hand over fist for those so why not just open up the free versions for those who have a print subscription? Makes more sense really.
Come On I also get the paper edition of Marie. Let's make it available on digital for free I am glad I only paid 5.00 for a year. Won't renew
