The 'MAG' is Great; but won't pay again 4 digital copy. I've been a subscriber for almost 38 years and really love the MAG version, but times change and with it, a tablet came into my life. I love the convenience of this wonder and have most of my MAGS in digital copies now but as all have voiced, I will not double-pay a company for the same Magazine subscription...LUDICROUS! Time to give back to the subscribers on this one!
Double Pay, Same Service Bad form to have subscribers in paper have to pay for digital. It should be inclusive. Not happy at all.
Rip Off to long time subscribers I recently purchased a new Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. One of the reasons I chose to buy a tablet was to receive digital magazines and save some trees. I'm very disappointed that my 2 years to go paper subscription cannot be converted to a digital subscription. I'm considering not renewing and may cancel the paper subscription. Not happy.
Redbook alone among national magazines asking for double subscription. I pay one subscription price for The New Yorker, Vanity Fair and other magazines, and receive print and digital versions. Redbook is making a strategic error expecting people to expect less than they do from other national publications.
Paper subscribers still have to pay? Bad form, poor customer service
