cheated by Vanity Fair into believing you can get and app to download copy As with many of the reviewers I feel I have been deceived by Vanity Fair into believing I am eligible for free download of Vanity Fair since I pay for a subscription. Nothing is further from the truth. After monthly letters to Vanity Fair and trying for a year on the internet it has not happened. If my wife would let me I would gladly cancel my subscription. I don't read the printed copy anymore. Only my wife does. I don't like to feel cheated but I do.
Been reading the digital version for almost a year and have never had a problem accessing my content. I only hate getting my print edition after I have finished the digital one! UPDATE : For the last 6 months or so I will get a notification that I can download the new issue only to find that I do not yet have access to it, yet the general public does!!! This is maddening! The issue is out digitally yet I have to wait to read it?? NOT happy.
How does a man know what a woman ‘feels’ to be? How does a woman know what a man ‘feels’ to be?we live in the year 2015where this type of lifestyle is acceptable. I for one have a moral issue with it. It is against all that I believe in ,but I stay out of most arguments about it. But in our country in the year 2015 it has become more important to stand up for gay rights than to reserve the rights of our Christian community. The name “God” has been removed from the pledge of allegiance, and just about all references to Christ at Christmas time are frowned upon .
No hassles. My wife and I did the digital subscription sign up as a team. She fed me the print subscription info I added it along with a credit card number (which Google Play Store requires but is not used for the free VF digital version.) This is for my HTC phone. After all this business, I searched the Newstand app which was installed during the VF sign up. Found the latest issue with no problems. It actually took longer to write this than it did to complete the sign up process. Good luck!
Did not receive the Sept Issue paper copy and now cannot download the digital version for November as advertised. Very disappointed with services and will not be renewing my subscription. 2 years of Sub standard services. Paper and digital subscription.
Doesn't Work This app does not work. It seems this has been a problem for more than two years, based on previous comments I've read here. How is it that a company as large and as reputable as Conde Nast can't get a simple mobile application working for their subscribers?
