Loved the side characters in this series, lots of snappy fun dialogue. Loads of great lines. I wanted to see more of the parents, would totally watch a show about all of them. I enjoyed the friendship between the two main characters, and I enjoyed Molly's processing coming out. The two main characters were deeply flawed and seemed really immature. Nice bite sized episodes if you're looking for a quick funny watch.
I can not say enough good things about his series. Season 2 was even better, and season 1 was pretty phenomenal. This show is so intelligent and quirky in all the best ways. Funny yet emotionally gripping. The relationships are genuine, and you feel the connections and emotions fully. The actors do such a great job. The show is engaging, and I never wanted it to end.
Thank goodness I had the entire season of Avocado Toast lined up and ready to go, because these characters had me hooked from the opening scene! The best part of this series is how they explore relationships… friendships old and new, prospective romances, co-workers, and all kinds of weird and wonderful family dynamics.
