About this show

CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witchas a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature - half-witch, half-mortal - while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.Based on the Archie Comics Graphic Novel.

This is by far one of the most exciting "remakes" that I believe captured the"theem" the original neglected. For a bunch of teenagers they certainly had very "adult" like problems and responsibilities, love the comical discord between Zelda and Hilda also loved how the stories would find subtle ways to incorporate "values" or virtue oriented meaning and depth, for example when they have to tell the church "something " so they establish the statue of judas ect. I could go on forever but instead....see it for yourself!

So goood! I binged the first season in like two nights. I love the romance between a ross lynch and a certain girl on the show. It's kinda weird the way it happened but whatevs. I wanted to keep watching but the incantations and devil stuff was too much for me. I believe in possession & spirits. Sounds crazy but why lie in a review. Gotta be real. Anyway, if you like teen/Supernatural type shows then sit on down and get to watching!

One of my favorite shows. Campy, fun, with a strong Halloween/horror aesthetic. And of course, lots of witchcraft and Sabrina causing mayhem and having to fix it. It certainly has its flaws but I love those too.
