I thought it was pretty good. The commercials caught my attention so decided to give it a try. Interesting story & good acting done by the main actors. Overall very good portrayal of Houdini & his life on and off the stage. ;-)

Adrien Brody plays Houdini, spot ON! He hits the nail right on the head. He was perfect for the role. I learned so much about Houdini by watching this. I didn't know half the stuff that went on w/him, he had so many adventures! Adrien did a great job bringing Houdini to life. And the filmmakers did a great job. It was wonderful on all sides. I thought he died by a death defying act of his own. He kept upping the ante, little did I know....he died in a way that could have been preventable. Poor man.

While taking the usual departures from actual facts, much closer to his actual life than the fictional Tony Curtis movie very entertaining
