I love watching fresh prince of bel air because It's too funny like everytime when I'm sad I can watch fresh prince of bel air to cheer me up and I cannot stand will smith's jokes lmao. Anyways, I recommend it for pre-teens and tweens to watch it but you may experience a little bit of swearing and kissing. There's no sex scences towards the show and there's some jokes you may not understand when your 13 or older. Otherwise than that, great TV show! :D
