I am rating the last two episodes. Border 5. As with the second season of SAC, Border 5 has too much of a political slant, per say. Major becomes a little too Anti-American. Border 5 is also very reflective of 9/11. I give Arise 3 stars as a whole. SAC season one was about goverment and corporate curruption. Arise Border 5 and SAC season two are very East versus West focused.

When will the English films (Borders 3-5) be available for purchase on Google Play (and why does each episode need to be purchased individally)?

It does leave room for certain questions and answers in this OVA. But the failing comes with the gaps in between storylines.
