Season 3 episodes (13)

1 The Majesty of Madrid
10/1/04
Experiencing Madrid at its fun-loving best, we're mesmerized by flamenco dancers and munch on pigs' ears. Then, for a dose of Spain's dramatic history, we side-trip to El Escorial and the Valley of the Fallen.
2 Highlights of Castile - Toledo and Salamanca
10/1/04
Castile sparkles with Roman Segovia, walled Avila, student-filled Salamanca, and holy Toledo! We marvel at El Greco, pop some explosive pickles, ramble Spain's medieval walls, and enjoy Europe's most enchanting square.
3 Normandy - War-Torn Yet Full of Life
10/1/04
With its thought-provoking sights and memorials, delicious cuisine, and idyllic nature, it's no wonder Normandy is such a popular get-away for nearby Parisians.
4 Belfast and the Best of Northern Ireland
10/1/04
No trip to Emerald Isle is complete without a visit to Northern Ireland. We tour bustling Belfast, sneaking a peek at its politically charged neighborhoods. Then we head for the Antrim Coast and go wild in Portrush.
5 London - Mod and Trad
10/1/04
London is quintessentially English and yet cosmopolitan. It's a city where the new and modern seem to mingle enthusiastically with the old and traditional.
6 Highlights of Paris - Eiffel and Monet to Crème Brûlée

Packing the best of Paris into one episode, we scale the Eiffel Tower, then savor classic treats - from steak tartare to crème brûlée, and marvel at Monet, Manet and company in the stunning Orsay Gallery.
7 Belgium - Bruges and Brussels
10/1/04
Belgium is a land of contrasts. From the powerhouse headquarters of the European Union and Europe's grandest square in big-city Brussels, to quaint back lane bike rides in small-town Bruges.
8 Provence - Legendary Light, Wind and Wine
10/1/04
Provence, known for its soft light and fierce wind, is as loved by Americans as it is by the sun.
9 French Riviera - Uniquely Chic
10/1/04
A longtime favorite escape of Europe's elite, the Riviera coastline still sparkles with yachts.
10 Poland Rediscovered - Krakow, Auschwitz and Warsaw
10/1/04
Poland is ready to be rediscovered as the old 'east' transforms itself into the new heart of Europe.
11 Budapest - The Best of Hungary
10/1/04
Budapest, once Vienna's partner in ruling the Austro-Hungarian empire, feels like the capital of Eastern Europe. It's actually two cities - busy Pest and noble Buda - straddling the Danube and laced together by mighty bridges.
12 Lisbon and the Algarve
10/1/04
Experiencing the best of Portugal, we start in Lisbon, a ramshackle mix of glorious old and fun - loving new. Then we head for the south coast of your travel dreams - the Algarve.
13 Sevilla
10/1/04
Sevilla does festivals with gusto. It's a flamboyant city of larger-than-life lovers like Carmen and Don Juan, where bullfighting is still politically correct and where little girls still dream of growing up to become flamenco dancers.

I love Rick Stevens and his travels. the ones I've seen in recent times, have not been updated for years. I enjoy his TV flubs at the end and I enjoy his talk and logic about things.
