A young man, Tito (Mike Santana), admits that he was with Alvarez at a heliport waiting for a drug shipment , but claims he got scared and left before it got there. Tito does give the Detectives a solid lead: Alvarez were meeting a woman passenger on the helicopter. It turns out the passenger is the wife of an Army Major stationed in Colombia. Major Wyrnan's (Michael Gaston) wife, Caryn (Charlotte d'Amboise), was carrying the bag in question, filled with cocaine, and was using Army planes and helicopters to transport the drugs.

Up to season 10 (maybe 12) this is the best police drama.
