I just ran into this show for the first time recently. Hyouka is a fun mystery solving show. The themes and MC remind of a little of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU!. I am a big fan of both shows. I hope they make a second season or an OVA eventually.

Hyouka is amazingly animated, has fascinating visual imagery, original characters and even a realistic plot...where else will you find such a jem?
