The show itself is fantastic but Google's pricing per episode is not!! You could buy series 1-5 on dvd from amazon for around £30 and rip all the episodes yourself to put on your mobile device. If you were to buy each episode via Play store it would cost over £122 (although they only have series 1-3). So 5-stars for the show, 0-stars for the pricing structure.

I was growing up when the horrible histories books came out, and it's probably the reason I love history. The tv series is fantastic as some light relief, and something I can watch again and again. 5 stars for the first five series and the talented team of actors and writers, but after that it starts to go down hill, so I wouldnt bother with series 6 or 7 unless they are on special offer, and the same for series 8 when that's released.

So funny and hilarious. This series excels in being a comedy together with being educational. They take the true things from history and perform them hilariously. Also the information you are given is 90 percent accu-rat and if thet extend the scene to make it funny then they do tell u that they're just having a laugh. Would watch any day. Full 5 stars.
