Just a brilliantly written, acted and executed show. The characters are all lovable and the humour is superb. It should be classed as a crime this show being killed before it even started to reach it's potential but we did get a great movie. If my wishes would ever come true the remaining actors (RIP Book) would regroup with Whedon at the helm again and they would continue the story of this wonderful crew in one of the best realised sci-fi universes ever created.

I absolutely loved this show. As with many, I didn't discover it until long after it was axed, only just one season in. It is so popular that the movie 'Serenity' was produced to wrap up the story for the many fans that wanted more. I can best describe this show as a cross between sci fi and wild west. The characters are believable and very human. Had the producing network given this the slot it deserved it would have become a hit overnight, saving it from early termination.

Quite simply brilliant. Great acting, great characters, a truly engaging and emotional experience. This is family. The biggest travesty of modern times was the failure to make more seasons than the quite brilliant season 1. Serenity went a long way to close things off and it did so brilliantly but the pining for a season 2 continues. As good as Battlestar Galactica.
