When manager Todd Dempsy (Ben Rappaport) returns to work after management training, he learns that the Mid America Novelties call center has been outsourced to Mumbai, India. In order to keep his job, Todd is left no choice but to relocate to India. There he meets his eclectic group of employees, and soon realizes that teaching them to understand America will be the first of many hurdles that he needs to overcome. Todd also discovers other foreign transplants working in his office building, including American expatriate Charlie Davies (Diedrich Bader, "The Drew Carey Show") who runs the All American Hunter call center, and Tonya (Pippa Black, "Neighbours") a beautiful Australian who runs the call center for Koala Air. Rizwan Manji ("Privileged"), Sacha Dhawan (BBC's "Five Days II"), Rebecca Hazlewood (BBC's "Doctors"), Parvesh Cheena ("Help Me Help You"), and Anisha Nagarajan (Broadway's "Bombay Dreams") also star.

When Todd (Ben Rappaport) reluctantly begins employee evaluations, the staff becomes nervous about their job security. After Todd's boss Jerry (Matt Walsh) reviews the sales numbers, he tells Todd to fire one of his employees. Unwilling to lose a team member without a fight, Todd hatches a plan to save his staffer. Also starring are Sacha Dhawan, Rebecca Hazlewood, Parvesh Cheena, Anisha Nagarajan, Diedrich Bader and Pippa Black.

When Todd (Ben Rappaport) learns of Charlie's (Diedrich Bader) feelings for Tonya (Pippa Black), he encourages him to ask her out. Hoping to ease the awkwardness, Todd organizes a group dinner, which benefits him when his secret crush agrees to go too. Unfortunately for Charlie and Todd, a fifth wheel tags along making dinner uncomfortable for everyone. Meanwhile, Madhuri (Anisha Nagaragin) finds her voice and in the process turns one of her coworkers into an unlikely ally. Exploiting Todd's (Ben Rappaport) unfamiliarity with Indian holidays, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) creates a fake holiday in order to get him out of the office. While Todd is gone, Rajiv receives a visit from his future father-in-law who he is trying to impress by pretending to be a manager. Meanwhile, the A-Team employees begin harassing Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan), Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) and Madhuri (Anisha Nagarajan), so they turn to the best source they know to plot their revenge. When a box of risqué novelty items arrives at the call center, Todd (Ben Rappaport) notices that some of his staff members seem uncomfortable with the products. Concerned, Todd calls his boss Jerry (Matt Walsh) and learns that he was supposed to have given his employees a sexual harassment seminar upon his arrival. The next morning, Todd learns that an employee has already filed a complaint and when he tries to fix the problem he only makes matters worse. Excited about Halloween, Todd (Ben Rappaport) tries to get the office in the holiday spirit, but his co-workers have no idea what Halloween is all about. After a series of Halloween pranks and an attempt to explain why people dress up, Todd decides to throw a costume party. Taking advantage of the social setting, Todd tries to get closer to Asha (Rebecca Hazlewood), but the plan backfires when Tonya (Pippa Black) makes a pass at Todd. Rizwan Manji, Sacha Dhawan, Parvesh Cheena, Anisha Nagarajan and Diedrich Bader also star.

When Asha (Rebecca Hazlewood) begins taking the next step toward her arranged marriage, Todd (Ben Rappaport) and Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan) step in and devise a plan that will make Todd a potential suitor. Overhearing Todd's feelings for Asha, Madhuri (Anisha Nagarajan) gives him her ticket to a concert so he can surprise her and have a Bollywood ending. Meanwhile, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) tries to help Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) get over a bad habit. Diedrich Bader and Pippa Black also star.

Unaware of Diwali, the biggest and holiest holiday in India, Todd (Ben Rappaport) is caught off guard when his staffers automatically expect time off. After speaking with his U.S. supervisor Jerry (Matt Walsh), Todd must tell his employees they cannot leave to celebrate, making him unpopular among the workers. Meanwhile, Tonya (Pippa Black) tries to help Todd forget about his feelings for Asha (Rebecca Hazlewood). Rizwan Manji, Sacha Dhawan, Parvesh Cheena, Anisha Nagarajan and Diedrich Bader also star.

Todd (Ben Rappaport) begins feeling pressure from his family to succeed, so he tries to impress them by winning a Black Friday sales competition. Fearing defeat, Todd works his employees extra hard, only to find his efforts thwarted when the power goes out due to a torrential downpour. Meanwhile, Charlie (Diedrich Bader) tries to redeem himself after losing to Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan) and Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) at the Indian version of billiards by challenging them to a game of laser tag. Todd's (Ben Rappaport) feeling homesick for all things American until he learns he will be able to watch his favorite football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, play on television. Unfortunately, he gets side lined with a bad bout of food poisoning after eating street food but he refuses to miss the game, regardless of how sick he is. With Todd out of commission, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) gets his shot at being manager and takes his responsibility to the extreme. When Todd (Ben Rappaport) hears a beautiful singing voice, he is shocked to discover who it belongs too. Eager to help make someone's dream come true, Todd offers pay for anyone interested in signing up for an upcoming talent contest. Despite Todd's good intentions, it seems Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) is the one with stars in his eyes. Meanwhile, Todd encounters problems with the call center's phone forcing him to consider taking Rajiv's (Rizwan Manji) unscrupulous advice. When Todd (Ben Rappaport) tries to protect Charlie's (Diedrich Bader) feelings by keeping his relationship with Tonya (Pippa Black) a secret, someone unexpected gets hurt. Meanwhile, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) panics when he learns his co-workers are about to give him an employee evaluation. Knowing that he is not well liked, he hatches a plan to win them over. Todd (Ben Rappaport) decides to reward his staffers for all of their hard work by taking them on a retreat which is an hour outside of Mumbai. However, when the train they are on breaks down, Todd is forced to conduct the team building exercises in the middle of the crowded train. When the staffers begin complaining, Todd devises a plan that will turn them all against him in order for them to bond as a group. Meanwhile, with Todd out of town, Tonya (Pippa Black) decides to help Charlie (Diedrich Bader) find a date. Anisha Nagarajan, Sacha Dhawan, Rebecca Hazlewood, Rizwan Manji and Parvesh Cheena also star.

When the call center workers begin exhibiting poor customer service, Todd (Ben Rappaport) decides it is time to give his employees anger management training. Surprisingly, Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) seems to be the worst offender, forcing Todd to investigate the real cause of his anger. Meanwhile, Asha (Rebecca Hazlewood) is surprised when Madhuri (Anisha Nagarajan) receives a Valentine's Day gift from a secret boyfriend. Sacha Dhawan, Rizwan Manji, Pippa Black and Diedrich Bader also star.

When Todd's (Ben Rappaport) U.S. boss Jerry (Matt Walsh) makes a surprise visit, Todd instructs his staff to be on their best behavior. However, Todd quickly discovers that Jerry has no interest in work and is ready to party instead. While trying to keep a drunk Jerry out of trouble, Todd ends up in hot water with Tonya (Pippa Black). Meanwhile, Charlie (Diedrich Bader) receives a reprimand from human resources for being culturally insensitive, so he turns to Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) for a crash course in Indian culture to try and save his job. When one of the call center workers quits, Todd (Ben Rappaport) is excited to have the opportunity to hire a new employee. After interviewing numerous unqualified candidates, Todd finally finds a diamond in the rough. However, Todd's happiness is short-lived when he finds out that someone close to him has poached his new recruit. Meanwhile, Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) finds himself in trouble with a loan shark and must find a way to pay him back or else. When a suffocating heat wave hits India, Todd (Ben Rappaport) and the office workers realize their air conditioning has been sabotaged by the "A-Team" in the building. After all reasoning to share the air fails, Todd and his staffers decide to wage war in an unconventional way. Meanwhile, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) tries to surprise his girlfriend during her favorite holiday "Holi," but things do not go as smoothly as planned. Todd (Ben Rappaport) is shocked when he learns that Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) allegedly slapped Gupta (Parvesh Cheena). After hearing both sides of the story, Todd finds it difficult to determine who is at fault and is forced to call human resources. Meanwhile, after Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan) receives a video from his American girlfriend, he enlists Charlie's (Diedrich Bader) help and sets out to impress her with a video of his own. When Charlie (Diedrich Bader) loses his call center job, Todd (Ben Rappaport) hesitantly hires him until he finds a new one. However, Charlie has a hard time not being the manager, which causes friction with Todd. To make matters worse, Todd also learns Charlie is going through a mid-life crisis. Meanwhile, Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) concocts an unusual plan to raise money for his honeymoon and manages to enlist Gupta's (Parvesh Cheena) help in his scheme. When Todd (Ben Rappaport) learns that Tonya's (Pippa Black) mom is back in town for another visit, he is determined to go out of his way to make a better impression. However, Todd is put in a difficult position when he discovers a secret about Tonya's mom. Meanwhile, Madhuri (Anisha Nagarajan) begins reading the call center workers' palms and not everyone likes what she has to say. On the eve of Rajiv's (Rizwan Manji) upcoming nuptials, Todd (Ben Rappaport) decides to throw him an American bachelor party. Running into obstacles, Todd must get creative with the evenings entertainment, but a surprise visitor shocks the partygoers. Meanwhile, Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan) is nervously awaiting the arrival of his American girlfriend and Madhuri's (Anisha Nagarajan) secret crush is revealed. Rebecca Hazlewood, Parvesh Cheena, Anisha Nagarajan, Diedrich Bader and Pippa Black also star.

After Rajiv (Rizwan Manji) is found in a compromising position he worries that the wedding will be called off. These worries are replaced by his own doubts of the pending nuptials when he learns his bride is not exactly who he thought she was. It is up to Todd (Ben Rappaport) to convince Rajiv that the ceremony must go on. Meanwhile, Manmeet (Sacha Dhawan) is excited about his new love, but Madhuri (Anisha Nagarajan) and Asha (Rebecca Hazlewood) learn that she has a different idea of the state of their relationship.
