About this show

From the producers of "Orphan Black" and the creator of "Lost Girl," "Killjoys" follows a fun-loving, hard-living trio of interplanetary bounty hunters sworn to remain impartial as they chase deadly warrants throughout the Quad, a distant system on the brink of a bloody, multi-planetary class war. Hannah John-Kamen stars as the gorgeous, complicated, and deadly Dutch. A top-level Killjoy, she's a much loved and charming presence in her community, with a unique gift for earning people's trust and respect, regardless of their class. Beneath her banter and protective flirtations, however, lies a dark and secret past.

Love this show. Little bit of light hearted fun that's got just enough depth and character development to keep me hooked while not being super involved. Admittedly, the writing is a bit hamfisted and plotlines can be fairly predictable with a fair few deus ex machina's thrown in. I I think it's a show that doesn't take itself too seriously and it is fun to watch. Little bit of bogus sci-fi thrown in for good measure. Also really into the diversity in the show - it's refreshing to see a show with mixes of gender, race and sexuality without them being the main plot points of the show 0\- not that I'm not into those shows too but this is a lovely example of how diversity can be included into mainstream shows.

Bad writing, bad acting, terrible jokes, so-so props and effects. Stopped watching after the 3rd episode. I'd get a refund if it were possible.

Another one of my favorites. Killjoys always on hand to save the day, but where their's not a touch of hatred their's a hint of love. Very interesting, a fantastic movie to watch. Loved it.
