Great show that I loved as a kid. I purchased the whole series digitally from the Google Play store. Only recently did I notice that seasons 1 and 3 were gone and you'd have to get HBO+ for season 3 and 1 was unavailable. Goes to show you the danger of digital purchases. Be forewarned. I recommend buying the show as a physical copy.

Superman: TAS is good, but it's no Batman: TAS. This may the be best overall Superman to me (as far as character look and personality), but it's overall story is a bit lacking. It barely touches on the Lois & Clark's romantic relationship, Superman's power fluctuates drastically from immortal God to Hercules with little/no explanation, and there are too many Metallo episodes. Arguably peak Lobo, Mxyzptlk, Livewire, Bizarro, and Brainiac from this series (plus a fun Joker/Harley storyline).

The show is entertaining enough, but clearly the creators approached it as if they could just replicate their previous Batman Animated Series, which they cannot do. Batman and superman are essentially polar opposites and this series clearly reflects that.
