Ultimately a disappointing view and a missed opportunity. The storyline was clichéd and hackneyed and the main character two dimensional. The other characters did little to lift Vinyl to the heights it should have reached. It's OK but not really worth the ticket price.

Great seedy 70s NY throwback. Very Scorsese orientated and this is a movie in its own right. Also a good counterbalance to Game Of Thrones.
