With an increasingly volatile stock market and home prices in a free fall, selling homes has never been harder for these top agents in New York City. Fredrik's found a potentially big score near Billionaire's Row, but he may need a DeLorean back to the '80s to find a buyer for its totally dated look. With Emilia at home expecting their first baby, Ryan needs to birth a clever idea to sell a Brooklyn Heights mansion built on top of an ear-splitting freeway. Meanwhile, Steve hits the road for upstate New York to help a billionaire client, but realizes his new listing might turn out to be one giant Payne.

Ryan views a seven-story townhouse featuring an incredible indoor pool, but being honest with the seller about the price may prevent him from making a splash in Chelsea. Upstate, Steve spares no expense on his brokers' event of the 160 acre Payne Estate, hoping that axe throwing competitions and carriage rides will be enough to rein in a big city buyer. In Tribeca, Fredrik works hard to sell an expensive renovated home. However, his sellers extravagant décor taste may prove to be a difficult sell.

When Steve's own apartment becomes his latest listing, he picks his former assistant, Jess, to take the lead... but her lack of confidence forces him to buy a disguise and go undercover.

Fredrik follows a lead for his Tribeca listing, and he's willing to go wherever to find a sale.... including Miami. Meanwhile, Ryan lands a beautifully renovated loft in Chelsea, but with heavy construction starting just outside the master bedroom, he'll have to move the Earth to seal this deal. Luis & Ronita could finalize their first sale as partners, but they may need co-operation from their co-broker to get their first co-mmission.

Tyler plans a horse carriage ride through Central Park for potential buyers.... only time will tell if his open house is a yay or a neigh.

When Steve's blindsided by unexpected competition, he wonders if getting his boss involved will put him out of commission.

And clients from Tyler's past have come calling again after achieving career successes...unfortunately, their parents are calling as well.

Steve travels to Bed-Stuy to list a house with a private pool, but when he asks Jess to help him, their contrasting selling styles might sink the deal. When Ryan struggles to sell a big-ticket listing on Central Park, the seller suggests a co-exclusive....and steers Ryan towards hiring Luis.
14 Four Men and a Baby

On the season finale, Ryan and Luis host a dinner party to sell their listing, but struggle to rein in Ramona from The Real Housewives of New York City, who can't help but criticize the decor. Meanwhile, Fredrik's listing isn't big enough to satisfy his buyer's needs, so he tries to sell her a different unit, even if it's one he doesn't technically represent. On the other hand, Steve and Jess find selling together to be difficult, but if they're going to get their deal done, they'll need to learn to negotiate as a team. And Tyler goes out for the biggest listing of his career.... but if he can't wrap up this Nomad mansion with a private pool, he might be underwater with his bosses for good.

Ok it is a bitchy reality show about greed, but it's an interesting travelog of new York & peek into real estate.
