PCOS does not cause a 200 lb weight gain. It is not that rare of a disorder. Read up on it. One of the recommendations for treatment is to lose weight and exercise. It is a little more difficult to lose weight apparently because this disorder causes insulin resistance. But the obesity will also cause all the related problems: high bp, high cholesterol, heart problems, diabetes. No where does it say that PCOS means you will be morbidly obese, and the recommendations are to eat healthy and exercise. Look at a reputable website like the CDC.

By Season 3 Whitney's excuses, whining, and need to be the center of attention 24/7 are wearing thin. She seems like a fun person with a genuinely good heart but terribly immature. Her trainer finally throws in the towel when he gets zero cooperation from Whitney and she has a melt down. She seems to think he's wrong and yet she makes close to NO effort then whines when he discovers her car full of fast food wrappers. I've seen 3 Seasons but won't watch a 4th unless she dramatically tackles her issues.

I have PCOS and listening to her use it as her excuse to not be able to lose weight over and over is disgusting. It takes hard work and educating yourself but you most certainly can lose weight and manage it. She wants someone to do it for her. Sorry doll but if you worked at managing your food addiction half as hard as you do dancing you could do it...otherwise shut up.
